ABOUT LITTLE KNIFE
Little Knife provides The adventure vacation of a lifetime! See the rugged North Dakota Badlands the same way Theodore Roosevelt, cowboys, cattle barons, outlaws and Native Americans did, from the back of a good saddle horse. Guests are greeted at our headquarters 16 miles south of Watford City, ND. We will saddle up on start our high adventure ride at the entrance of the North Unit of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The Park is nestled in the Badlands of western North Dakota and offers a variety of rugged, breathtaking scenery and wildlife. Watch for the elusive whitetail deer watering in the early morning. Observe the American bison as they roam the Badlands. Catch a glimpse of trophy mule deer slipping into the canyon of thick cedars. See the longhorn steers grazing the open grasslands. Ride through large prairie dog towns. See unique geological formations carved by Mother Nature. Capture the experience on film. Don't forget your camera.
