BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

We operate on advanced reservations.  Minimum age accepted is 18 years, unless accompanied by an adult.  All prices are listed in US currency. We accept personal check, cash, Master Card and Visa.  Add 5% for credit card purchases. With a 30 day advance reservation and a 50% deposit, you will receive a 20% discount. All reservations made within 15 days of a scheduled ride must be paid for in full with credit card.  This deposit is non-refundable.

BOOKING POLICIES
  • CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations  made 15 days prior to a ride will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days of a ride. 
  • RAIN OUT POLICY.  Your deposit will be applied to a future trail ride in the event of rain on the morning of your scheduled ride.  No refunds will be issued once a ride has started.  This policy applies to all ride types. 

SAFETY RULES

Certain rules must be followed for your safety and the safety of others enjoying the Park and Forest Service lands.  No alcohol is allowed on the trail--you'll be having too much fun to want any!  Pets are not allowed on the trail and we discourage having them in camp since the horses may react differently to strange pets.  Smoking will only be permitted in certain areas.  During high fire danger times, smoking is allowed only in buildings and enclosed vehicles.

Our rules of riding must be followed for everyone's safety.  Our equipment is in excellent shape and our horses are accustomed to the Badlands terrain.  Each rider will be matched with a horse that best suits his/her abilities.  Our horses are for your enjoyment and are not to be abused.
Indemnities
INDEMNITIES

Each customer accepts any risk involved in the participation of a horseback ride.  Some risks include, but are not limited to, weather, wildlife, terrain ,vegetation, and horse's natural instinct.  We cannot guarantee your safety.  You will be required to sign a waiver before participating.

Little Knife Outfitters is not affiliated with the National Park Service or United States Forest Service, but do abide by their rules.
